Grandparents Day is celebrated every year on the 12th of September. Grandparents Day is a day for celebrating the connections between the generations. The purpose of the holiday is to honor grandparents, to give grandparents an opportunity to show love for their grandchildren, and to help the children become aware of the strength, information, and guidance older people can offer.
Grandparents are the most valuable asset anyone can have in their life. They are the role models for the kids and the kids love spending time with them. They impart a feeling of comfort, love, security, and safety to the younger generation. They teach the kids some important life lessons and make sure that they grow up to be good human beings. So we all should respect them and accept their valuable teachings. We must look after them and give them the love and support they deserve.
SKIPS celebrated Grandparents day 2021 during the online sessions. Samites enjoyed the presence of their grandparents during the celebration. Samites made gifts for their grandparents and also sang songs and gave special messages to the grandparents. It was a memorable day for our little Samites and their beloved grandparents.
