COLOUR OF THE MONTH CELEBRATION - AUGUST

The colour of the month celebration for the month of August was organized in all SKIPS centers on 30th July. The colour of the month of August was Tricolor namely saffron, white and green representing the three colours on the Indian flag. The saffron colour signifies the strength and courage of the country, while the white colour represents peace and truth. The green colour indicates fertility, growth and auspiciousness of the land. Various activities were organized in all SKIPS centers to celebrate the colour of the month. Samites enjoyed doing the tricolor craft work and singing the colour song.
